The ULTIMUS BMS is designed for high power and fast charging in your RV and boat where there may be multiple charge sources with different charge profiles and voltages. Charging can be from ANY PV solar controller, ANY inverter/ charger and with properly sized wiring, directly from ANY alternator. In most cases there is no need for special regulators or DC-DC converters.
