LiFeBlue BMS is designed for RV and Marine use where there are multiple charge sources with different charge profiles and voltages. Our battery can handle it all. You can charge from ANY PV solar controller, ANY inverter/charger and with properly sized wiring, ANY alternator. In most cases there is no need for special regulators or DC-DC converters. Some converters made for LA batteries may need additional parts or upgrading.
Always know your battery State of Charge (SoC). A top mounted LED meter is to check the SoC in 25% increments. A reset button is for reloading the firmware and restarting the BMS should that need occur.
